Happy Halloween, girlfriends! We have been on the go so much lately & I’m thrilled to slow down and reconnect with you beauties. My in-laws are in town this week and it’s so nice to have a few extra sets of hands on deck to entertain our Braxton bear! Now that I have a free minute, I thought it would be fun to put together a roundup of my recent Instagram posts & a few looks I haven’t shared on the gram {quite} yet.
Okay so if you’re in Kentucky (or anywhere north of here) it might be a litttttle chilly for shorts, but you can swap them for my favorite jeans and you’re set for fall. I swear this lace cami goes with everything & is on repeat at least twice a week! Ordered the black version today and am on the hunt for other colors as we speak. I’m all about stocking up on pieces I can wear year-round, and these pair so well with dusters, cardigans and even chunky sweaters through the fall/winter.
Can’t rave enough about this (under $10) sweater – it is everything! I went up a size from my normal for a more oversized fit & paired with these statement earrings & dress pants for an office look. I got so many compliments on it, by lunch I had ordered it in 3 more colors & can’t wait for them to come in!
Back at it with these super comfy, under $10 denim. We were in Louisville a few weekends ago & I grabbed these just to try on with a few tops and was SO impressed with the quality. If you’re like me, finding denim that fits, tucks and stretches in all the right places is more of a struggle than staying up past 8 pm (mom life). These come in multiple washes and I’m stocking up on 2 of each because they’re magical unicorn jeans that change lives.
Oh, the blazer, heels and tank are also great. This bag is almost as much of a unicorn to hunt down as my jeans, so snag it while you can. (Being totally transparent on that last part – each time I share this bag it sells out within the same day!)
So I made a promise to myself that I would only buy pieces I could pair with workwear looks and I’m excited to announce that this sweater made the cut. You can pair with jeans, dress pants or anything in between. It’s absolutely worth snagging in another color, too! My custom necklace is available here in basically any color option you could imagine. Shelly made my monogrammed dreams come true with this beauty and I cannot wait to add a few of these to my cart while Christmas shopping!
Y’all have seen me in this sweater like 7 times in the past 2 weeks and I have no shame in my outfit repeating game. I grabbed this in all 3 colors and wear them on repeat for work, play or lazy weekends. I went up 2 sizes (wearing a L) so I could pair with leggings and I’m obsessed with the fit! It runs oversized, so you could just do 1 size up and still be covered. I was worried these would be ridiculous for work, but they’re actually so good with dress pants for the office, even oversized! Also, this scarf is from last years clearance at J.Crew, but I’ve linked this years version + a few budget-friendly alternatives.
If we’re being honest, I haven’t met a poncho I disliked. Seriously, this tan goes with everything. I paired this cutie with a long sleeve striped tee over the weekend and it’s my new uniform for fall. Also, if you haven’t snagged your over the knee boots for fall/winter, now is the time. I had my doubts, but they pair so well with leggings & the cozy skinny jeans I was raving about earlier. I’ve had these earrings (in gold) on in 2-3 posts a week, so I count these in rotation for a “staple” item. Y’all know I’m the first to jump for a statement earring, but I’m also always on the hunt for a practical daily item & these won’t disappoint.
I’ve linked basically every version of this cardigan, and it comes in 10+ colors this year! (I linked a few options, the one I’m wearing in the photo is $12.99.) I wore mine like 2-3 times a week last fall/winter and am adding a few more colors to my wardrobe this season. Reasons I love them: lightweight, long enough to pair with leggings, color options, under $15. Also, let’s talk about this tank. Whites, brights and dark shades all in one? To be honest, I was sold on the variations of pink, but the darker tones definitely make this a year-round piece if you’re a fan of layering. But again, can you go wrong with pink? It’s a neutral and appropriate for all seasons, am I right?
As always, I’ll continue to share my daily looks with you over on my Instagram and LiketoKnowIt, but I love popping on here to leave a bit more detail for you! If you ever have questions about anything, please feel free to comment below, shoot me an email or DM me on Instagram! Thank you babes for always making me feel so loved & appreciated for sharing these looks – chatting with you, my girlfriends, is what makes blogging so fun!
