set a daily goal to drink your 8 cups of water a day! it's easy to fill up another iced coffee or grab a glass of wine, but focus on your water intake! 

daily vitamins

I'm sure you've heard it a trillion times, but are you doing it?! self care is the best care, sister girl! start each day with your vitamins and ensure you're fueling yourself for a great start! 

make moves

be sure to get up and get out of the house! put on those walking shoes and make a 15-30 minute trek through the park or your neighborhood! 

set goals

aim to set 20 goals to push through the rest of the year! once we reach spring, hit the ground running! touch base weekly to see where you are with those goals. 

wash your face. cleanse. hydrate. add that moisturizer! don't put yourself in charge of this. know that it's worth investing in your skin NOW and preventing that aging when possible!
