The past few days have been challenging to navigat

The past few days have been challenging to navigate. Having loved ones celebrate, others feel pain and uncertainty on the future… In a space where I never venture into uncomfortable topics, I want to get a little uncomfy.

It’s scary to share things on the internet that might not be well-received. But, I can’t imagine how much scarier it feels to live in uncertainty. My heart breaks to think about each person feeling pushed down, silenced and unloved just because of who they are. Something I spent far too many years overlooking was the privilege to wake up each day, not worrying if I would have the same rights as the person next to me. For anyone wondering if they’re seen, please know, I see you. 🥹🫶🏼

We’re all feeling a lot of feelings, and I wanted to remind you that this will never stop being a space where you’re loved. If your feeling is happy, I’m happy for you. If you’re feeling uncertain, hurt or unloved, I promise, I get it. Please know, my inbox is always open. 🫶🏼

I pray we can continue to find joy, to heal division, and to be a little more aware, especially in those moments before hitting “post.” I hope we can all show grace and understanding. Even if you don’t understand, let’s answer with love.
